Privacy Policy: When you do business with UBI you may expect that your personal information will be kept private and confidential. At UBI we are committed to maintaining your privacy and safeguarding your account, transaction and personal information. Such information is considered confidential & non-public.

Credit Card Security: UBI does not collect your credit card numbers. When you are asked for Credit Card information you will be on a VeriSign website, a payment processing company of excellent reputation that is fully in compliance with privacy and banking regulations.

Shippping Policy: In order to ship and track merchandise, we use USPS.  Standard shipping times & rates apply.  Items usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

Return Policy: All Gift Card purchases are final. Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash in whole or part.  UBI can not replace Gift Cards if lost or stolen. Gift Cards can be used at UBI only; not valid for on-line purchases.
